Our continued growth and need are a direct result of providing excellent service and care to our patients. Our New Bern office is currently seeking a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Minimum qualifications required of the respective position are as follows:1) Current license to practice as a LPN in the state of North Carolina (NC)2) Minimum 2 years of clinical experience;3) Current BLS or ACLS certification is required; 4) Valid NC Driver’s License and reliable transportation is required.Preferred: 2 years of experience in NephrologyJob Responsibilities Include: Provide direct patient care under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse (RN); participate in the assessment of patients; implement care plans developed by the RN and/or by any person authorized by law in NC to prescribe a plan of care. Use critical thinking skills in response to events, observations, experiences, verbal and written communication, problem solving, and decision making. Develop leadership skill within the scope of a LPN. Attend educational programs and staff orientation to promote professional development.
