VNA is excited to offer the following CAREER OPPORTUNITIES to you: Highly sought after Home Health RN IV : this professional completes an initial assessment of the patient then communicates with all concerned; administers a variety of IV meds and provides IV care to various devices with other duties as assigned. You can expect to make in the base range of $60,000 to $90,000 per year and work Monday thru Friday with NO ON CALL . We are growing our Hospice Team by adding a RN Case Manager : this RN assesses and evaluates the hospice patient regularly; writes and initiates the Plan of Care; communicates with the family and above all must have the natural skills of empathy, caring and social awareness. You can expect to make in the range of $70,000 to $90,000 ; work Monday thru Friday with a caseload of 10 to 12 patients . Extremely popular shift for the Home Health RN Admissions 7 days on / 7 days off : You work Monday thru Sunday, then have the next 7 days off (Monday thru Sunday) . The RN Admissions professional inputs patient admits all day/every day unless you have a day without an admission (does not happen that often) and then you perform a medical visit. Helpful to have Oasis experience. You can expect to make in the range of $65,000 to $85,000 with NO ON CALL . The Home Health RN Case Manager : This RN handles the case management of her patients; you might say, she is the "orchestra conductor" or the "quarterback"; making sure all of the moving parts are coordinated. If you are starting out in Home Health, this is the job for YOU! Ask your Talent Acquisition Manager to tell you more... you can expect to make a base of $65,000 to $85,000 and work Monday thru Friday .... NO ON CALL .
