Qualifications: Master's degree or equivalent combination of education/ experienceLicensed in state of Iowa in good standingPrevious Experience (2 years or more preferred)CPR Certification (Required) Job Description: Independently deploy physical therapy services at a state of the art www.prmpractice.com outpatient medical clinic specializing in non-surgical spine, orthopedic and neurologic conditions under the guidance of board certified physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist and advanced regenerative nurse practitioner.Work with Licensed ATC to efficiently execute advanced therapy care plans using sophisticated rehabilitation equipment including but not limited to SpineForce Neurophysical Training, Whole Body Vibration, MedXSpinal Core Conditioning, ReWalk Robotics Rehabilitation Technology, Functional Electrical Stimulation, Neuromuscular Stimulation.Advance and promote rehabilitation protocols using novel specialized rehabilitation technology and contribute to outcomes research involving multiple rehabilitation conditions including but not limited to osteoarthritis, spinal stenosis, peripheral neuropathy, concussion. Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong educational foundation of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanicsProficiency in Microsoft Office computer software applicationsProficiency using EMR applications and understanding of OT documentation guidelinesDetail-oriented, team player and able to adapt to constantly changing reimbursement situationsMust be open-minded and be able to both take and provide constructive criticism wellStrong organization skills and abilities to manage multiple tasks at onceStrong interpersonal skills with ability to work with all populationsStrong understanding of time management and workflowAbility to understand and explain anatomical functions and descriptions of therapies being providedAbility to answer patient questions in professional scientific mannerAbility to lift 20-50 Lbs. on occasion
