ABOUT YMCA OF BUCKS AND HUNTERDON COUNTIES YMCA of Bucks and Hunterdon Counties is a charitable, nonprofit organization committed to strengthening our communities through membership and programs that foster youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility for all . Deck Supervisor Salary : $16 - $19 per hour Deck Supervisor Hours : Monday - Friday through the summer, no nights or weekends! (Seasonal) Deck Supervisor Responsibilities : Assist the Aquatic Director with day to day supervision of the aquatic center Guides and mentors Lifeguards and Swim Instructors Ensures quality, safety, and swimmer engagement throughout events and activities Builds strong relationships with participants and parents Enforces all pool and facility rules with respect to pool and locker room safety, and member conduct Deck Supervisor Qualifications : 1+ years' experience supervising lifeguards and swim instructors Familiarity with basic pool maintenance 18 years of age or older Active Lifeguard certification Aquatic Instructor certification preferred Lifeguard Management certification is a plus Deck Supervisor Qualifications : [INSERT QUALIFICATIONS, BULLETTED] Deck Supervisor Benefits: YMCA Membership 30% off of Childcare and Camps Exceptional growth potential for your role and career Salary: $16 - $19 per hour Hours: Monday - Friday through the summer, no nights or weekends!
