Advance Mechanical Heating and Air Conditioning of Greenville , NC is looking to hire experienced full-time Lead HVAC Installation Technicians to provide field leadership and technical support for residential change-outs and light commercial HVAC projects. If so, please read on! n Our Lead HVAC Installation Technician positions pay $18.00 - $20.00/hr with gas piping experience, $18.00/hr without, and bonuses/commission for both . Lead technicians receive a company vehicle , company phone and iPad , a retirement plan with employer match , 50% employer-paid medical plan , a dental and vision option, paid holidays, paid time off (PTO), bereavement leave , tuition reimbursement , and employee referral incentives .
