Position Summary: The Oracle Apps DBA at SRNA will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) application, and related technologies, including Oracle databases, middleware, and other related applications. The role involves ensuring that the application runs smoothly, and any issues are resolved in a timely manner. In this position the Apps DBA will work closely with the DBA manager and development teams to ensure that the application meets the organization's needs and requirements. Key responsibilities: Manage and maintain the Oracle E-Business Suite application and databases. Install, configure, and upgrade the Oracle E-Business Suite application and related technologies. Perform cloning, patching, code migration activities. Monitor and optimize performance of the application and databases, including performance tuning. Develop and implement backup and recovery procedures to ensure data protection and disaster recovery. Manage and maintain security for the application and databases, including user management, access controls, and data encryption. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the application and databases. Collaborate with the development teams, system administrators, and other stakeholders. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users of the application and databases. Keep up to date with the latest Oracle trends and technologies. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to incident alerts. Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years of current experience as Oracle EBS APPS DBA (preferably EBS R12.2 or R12.1). 5+ years of operational experience as Oracle Core DBA. Strong experience with Linux/Unix operating systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Detailed oriented, self-motivated, and organized. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Motivation to learn new technologies. Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information technology, Information Systems, or a field related Job Summary: Remote Work Level: 100% Remote Location: US National in MI, PA, TX, FL, CA, NJ, IL, TN and NY Job Type: Full Time Exempt Employee Job Schedule: Full Time, Flexible Schedule Pay Range: $108,000 - $138,000 The pay range for the position is a general guideline, compensation packages are based on various unique factors including location, responsibilities, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and qualifications, as well as internal equity and alignment with location market data.
