Summary Duties include the implementation, negotiation and monitoring of asset programs. Asset manager will work to increase revenue and asset values through identified efficiencies and savings. Manager will prepare reports and perform analysis for research to proactively identify potential delinquencies and revenue losses. Review and update current policies. Maintain the overall quality and performance standards set forth by GSM Services. Provide Comfort & Peace of Mind to your customers and co-workers. Responsibilities Fleet Monitor fuel reports as needed and provide to leaders for review. Manage and distribute fuel cards as needed which includes managing PIN numbers, distribution of new cards, transfer of cards and coordination with WEX. Manage the GPS units for each vehicle which includes adding new vehicles, distributing reports to leaders, updating truck numbers, adding new vehicles and drivers, and Geo-fences. Ensure that all new trucks are wrapped with graphics and proper signage, DOT numbers w/weighting. This includes the re-wrapping of all vehicles as needed. Coordinate all truck leases, quotes, and schedules as needed. Arrange for insurance coverage on vehicles. Assigns vehicles for use. Maintain all required records for the DOT and ensure that DOT physicals are performed as required. Procures state required certificates of title and arranges for registrations and state inspections. Inspects automotive equipment, scheduling needed repair or service work. Coordinates operation and maintenance of equipment, storage facilities, and repair facilities. Directs recording of expenses and analyzes purchase and repair costs to control expenditures. Tools/Equipment Approve and order all tool and equipment purchases. Ensure they are assigned to the appropriate warehouse. Perform quarterly tool inventory on all vehicles/warehouse. Repair or replace tools/equipment as needed. Create and maintain basic tool inventory (BTI) for each division. Order BTI for new vehicles. Schedule the repair and maintenance of roofing equipment. Lead and monitor tool/equipment repair program. Purchasing Authority Up to $1,000 for non-resale items Requirements Excellent interpersonal verbal communications skills with internal teams and customers. Good computer skills. Knowledge of common office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel. Demonstrated ability to multi-task in an intense, dynamic environment. Good interpersonal skills.
