Cash bonuses on accessories and services Experienced dispatcher will provide dispatching and field support, transmitting updated information to your phone/tablet for timely digital communication Benefits: Medical insurance; 100% paid for employee Dental insurance Vision insurance 80 hours annual vacation time + Flex day! 6 paid holidays IRA with 3% match Company uniform/phone Tool program (break your tool on the job we replace it) iPad with Cell Service to dispatch and receive onsite access to files, notes, and customer details Additional insurance benefits Job Title: HVAC Service Technician Pay Rate: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour, depending on experience + spiffs Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, with occasional overtime What you will be doing: Delivering Excellent Customer Experiences by providing service, maintenance, and repair on primarily residential and some light commercial heating and air conditioning systems Consulting with customers regarding repair and replacement options; Replacements needs are forwarded to the Comfort Advisor/Salesperson Educating clients on indoor air quality products that fit customers' needs Communicating with service manager about product needs, training enhancement, or desired specialty training Qualifications / Skills: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record 2 + years' HVAC service experience Residential Service experience required EPA Universal Certification NATE Certification or willingness to acquire once employed Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques Experience making repair and replacement recommendations Low voltage license or commitment to acquire within 2 years of employment Advanced customer service skills Possession of requisite tools Willingness to invest time in developing your skills and knowledge through training High school diploma or equivalent Pass background check & drug screen Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School is desired Check us out online: www.mountainsheetmetal.com experienced service technician, service tech, journeyman technician, hvac service, ac, duct, boiler, service hvac jobs
