Job title – Project Coordinator Location – Farringdon EC1M Contract – 12 months Hours – 35 hours per week The Role Summary This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading housing provider as a Project Coordinator. The company is looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual to join their team and help them achieve their vision of creating safe and proud communities. Your key duties within the role will include: Manage a register of requests and ideas coming into the team and allocate to relevant member of staff, team, project, or programme. Coordinate, manage and maintain any Integration and Transformation programmes to ensure there is visibility of all organisational activity. Prepare progress reports across programmes / portfolios / projects. Carry out analysis and produce programme / portfolio / project reports. Prepare & deliver presentations, charts and reporting. Quality assures projects and PMO activity and produce recommendations. Facilitate and support meetings and processes in the wider business, projects and governance framework. Lead on creating, publishing, and maintaining department communication. Maintain department toolsets, policies, and procedures. Manage PMO Calendar & Inbox. Lead and support the development and management of team building activities. Key requirements Good understanding of programme & project management. Good understanding of project management tools including , MS Project and Miro. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – must build and maintain positive relationships and networks.
