Coordination Centre Clinical Nurse - £43,472 – 50,056 We are seeking an enthusiastic Coordination Centre Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our client’s small team of senior nurses who are responsible for the clinical coordination of care for all patients Reporting to the Head of IPU and Coordination, you will be responsible for clinical coordination of care for patients and families referred to the Hospice in Watford. You must have a holistic approach that is sensitive and responsive to the patients ever changing needs. You will be the point of contact for patients, families, clients, and professionals who contact the hospice, dealing with all clinical enquiries. You will work cross all sites , but be based at Watford, so a car and driving licence is essential. The Hospice has two sites and provides 24-hour care 7 days a week, comprising an Inpatient Unit, Community Palliative Care, Rehab and Supportive Care. Services are provided for people with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses and for their significant others. Person requirements: First Level Registered Nurse Evidence of Degree level or modules in Palliative Care or another relevant subject Proven Palliative care nursing experience.
