Due to growth, the company is seeking a Technical Writer in the Aylesford area, paying up to £35,000. The company has secured a reputation for excellence in delivering high-quality projects and operates internationally with a proud ethos of working with local suppliers across residential, commercial, public, technology, infrastructure and data centre markets offering a broad range of services including civil engineering, utilities, and construction. Overview Working alongside the Bid Co-ordinator/Manager to provide exceptionally high standard narrative to meet client expectations and tender requirements. You must always ensure questions are answered fully and professionally whilst portraying the client to the highest of standards. The Technical Writer must ensure deadlines are met and that all proposals are complete and accurate. Key Role Deliverables/Responsibilities of the Technical Writer: - Review and highlight technical and quality bid requirements - Work with the wider team and SME’s to ensure most up to date and relevant information is put forward in proposals - Ensure early and close liaison between the Bid team and other departments to ensure we meet the client’s requirements, maximizing any potential tender scoring - Collation of written content, data and certificates from various sources within the business, re-writing to ensure the submission is compliant and professional - Develop and maintain a central Knowledge Base of supplemental information for use within future tender submissions - Fulfill any other work-related requests as required by Management. .
